We have a jam-packed weekend lined up:

On Friday, October 25 at 6pm in the Atlantic Avenue Studio, we have our Women's and Girl's club for all woman- and girl- identifying folks aged 8 and up. Check out the flyer here.
In addition to our usual slate of Saturday classes, Saturday October 26th will also feature a Seminar kicking off our Mastery Series. It will not feature any physical training, but we will be discussing this article about an MMA fighter taking on a series of Tai Chi masters as well as the Chinese government. The discussion will be from 2pm to 3pm at the Atlantic Avenue Studio.
Finally, we are extra excited to have our annual HALLOWEEN PARTY!!! Come wear your costumes, bring treats, have a good time with cartoons, movies, games and prizes. The party will be from 2pm to 6pm on Sunday, October 27 at the Atlantic Avenue Studio, suggested donation $10. All are welcome (students, friends, family). RSVP here please.
