TKD Class Trip to the Mountains and Model Mugging Workshop (5/19-20)

Next weekend (May 19-20) we have two great events we wanted to tell you about.

For our Tae Kwon Do students, we have a Class Trip to the Mountains where we will be heading to the Catskills to practice the art in nature. The trip will feature practice, but also hiking, camping, and philosophical discussions. Registration is open online, and please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions.

For those staying in Brooklyn, we are also hosting a Model Mugging event for women. This workshop offers both strategies for self-defense as well as an opportunity for folks to practice their skills in a safe way, at full force, against a padded "attacker". Registration for this event is also available online. No prior knowledge or experience required, all are welcome, so feel free to forward this opportunity to your friends.
