The National Weather Service issued a Winter Weather Advisory saying,

"dangerous to life threatening low wind chills could 

 result in hypothermia and frost bite in a very short period of 

 time." Temperatures as low as -18 predicted. 2 feet of snow currently and more falling. Conditions are met for Snow Form. Can't wait! - Black Belt Winter Survival trip 2015
