Student Policies

Beginning the week of September 19th, 2011, we will implement a new school-wide policy at the Atlantic Avenue studio location.

1)  Class sessions are strictly capped at 20 students.

2) All 1-time per week memberships must select a specific day/time to attend, and their spot will be reserved on that day.

3) All unlimited, 5-class pass and 1 month free memberships remain flexible; however, students must reserve and cancel their class attendance.  All classes will be first-come, first-served. Attendance in any class cannot be guaranteed without reservation.

4)  Reservations may be made up to one month in advance online at http://wmakarate.zenplanner.com.

To ease our transition into our new policy:

1)  A reminder will automatically go out the start of every month to register.

2)  The reservations as well as the cancellations are now the responsibility of all students who have opted for the flexible schedule.

3)  After November 1st, 2011, cancellations will be expected if you are unable to attend.  If classes are not cancelled and you do not give up your place for another student, there will be an administrative fee of $10 per instance.
